Anyway to calibrate thermocouples using windaq and DI-2008

Using DI-2008 with windaq to measuure some j type thermocouples. When channels are set to measure J type thermcouples they read consistently a few degrees high. However I don't see any option to calibrate this temperature. Is there a way to do this?
