csv FILE

I'm downloading information to excel as CSV data, the information transfers but the date format comes up with "######" characters, when I change the format I only get the choice of "date" or "time", I need both the date and time for reporting. How can I get that to happen.

Also is there a way to change/modify/customize the name "Current", I know there is Temp, and other settings but none match what I need.
