Device manager: DI-710 upload data button missing

Device manager: DI-710 upload data button missing

Hi
I've got a DI-710 which must be 10years old.
In the latest manuals the device manager has a drop-down menu that includes commands like:
start/stop
upload data
etc.
However, the version I have (v1.61) does not have these menu options. What is that?
What can I do to make these options available?
