We got a DI-4108-U to collect pH signal from 6 different pH transmitters. We have connected two pH transmitters so far, to channels 1 and 2, with a 250 ohms resistor, 4-20mA output. The 'Button' was pushed to start and stop recording data. USB was removed and inserted on computer to view recorded data. We observed two issues: 

 

1. Only data from channel 1 was being recorded. I checked to ensure that the +/- connection from the transmitter output and input to channel 2 are correct and also changed the setting to display data from multiple channels. Also, I exported the data to an Excel spreadsheet and only data from channel 1 available, which further proves that only data from channel 1 was being recorded. How do I troubleshoot and fix data collection on channel 2? I believe this information will also help when setting up the connection between 4-20mA output on the remaining transmitters and channels 3 - 6.  

2. The date and time stamp on the exported data was wrong. How do I fix the date and time stamp on the logger?
