DI-718-USB on Windows XP
This is in reference to case #6564. When I plug the USB cord in from my DI-718 and install the driver from C:\DATAQ\"DATAQ Instruments Drivers\usbftdi, I get the error;
There was a problem installing the hardware: DATAQ DI-718-USB
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
It seems like there should also be a driver under "Ports", that is used for communications with the XP computer. Is this correct? Please help.
