So I'm trying to use channel stretch on 2 DI-2008 8 channel units to simultaneously measure 16 channels of analog voltage.

I'm running them into a USB hub then into the PC and WinDaq allows me to select both boxes, but when I open the enable channels dialogue it only lets me configure analog input on the channels (1-8) of the first box, not the second.  The second box clicking to enable its channels gives me I R C on channels 9 10 and 11 respectively, no channels above 11 can be enabled, and nothing above 8 can be enabled for analog data acquisition currently.

Looking at the channelStretch page says that "Unlock code required per device for synchronization. Sync operation requires all firmware to be at the same level" but doesn't explain (and I can't find an explanation searching the web)  how to check either of those things or enter the code (I've found what I believe are the enable codes my organization has for this, but no instructions). I don't know whether either of these things is the issue here.

Doe's anyone know what I'm missing here to make this work?
