Is there a way to get Hardware Manager to recognize directly-attached DI-718Bs when the computer has two ethernet ports?  I'm trying to keep my DATAQ stuff segregated from the corporate LAN.  Ideally, the setup would be:

• One Ethernet port connected to DI-718B for data acquisition.
• One Ethernet port connected to corporate LAN to access company resources.
  

I've tried:

1. Turn off Windows Firewall service
   
2. Disconnected all Ethernet cables
   
3. Assign first port static IP address
4. Connect Ethernet cable from computer to DI-718B.
5. Run hardware manager (HM)
   
6. HM finds DI-718B.
7. Exit HM
8. Set second port to DHCP
9. Connect Ethernet cable from computer to corporate LAN.
10. Run HM
11. HM does not find DI-718B.
