Windaq installing only light version

I recently replaced my computer and am having to now reinstall Windaq - for some reason, even when I input my password/serial number from the DVD sleeve it still only installs the lite version.

I have downloaded a fresh install from the web, still the same.

My PC is a windows 7 Pro machine
