WinDaq Stops Responding

We have a couple of DI-2008 modules that we use on multiple computers.  I recently installed WinDaq on my normal work (Windows10) computer as the others were unavailable.  The install went fine and the initial run of the software was fine.  However after finishing my test I shutdown the acquisition software but the Dashboard appeared to be locked up.  I forced it closed, but it would not restart,  Since then I have been unable to get it running again.  I've tried resetting the computer and uninstalling the software a few times but nothing seems to work.  The Dashboard starts up but never shows the DI-2008 module.  Any ideas on how in fix this issue?
