Some hardware models are installed with virtual com ports, so if you have more than one DATAQ unit installed on your device then the driver may be different from the default.  Below is a list of the most common devices with their drivers.  Please post a support ticket if you are not able to determine the driver for your device.

DI-720 and DI-730 Ethernet device drivers are in the order of WinDaq/IP installation - look in C:\Windows\tpdataq.ini.
